Key turn off a bolt of fastening of a nave (fig. 8.67).

Remove a nave and adjusting laying from a compressor shaft. At the complicated removal wrap a bolt of 8 mm in an opening of an end face of a shaft and remove a nave from a shaft (fig. 8.68).

Remove a lock ring of a pulley (fig. 8.69).

Remove from the compressor a pulley assembled with the bearing (fig. 8.70).

Installation
Clear landing surfaces of a pulley and the bearing in a compressor head, having removed dirt and a rust.

Install a pulley and the bearing on the compressor (fig. 8.71).

Establish a lock ring by a facet outside (fig. 8.72).

Establish adjusting laying of the required thickness by shlitsevy grooves inside, establish a nave for the end of a shaft of the compressor (fig. 8.73).
Wrap a new bolt of fastening of a nave in an end face of a shaft of the compressor and tighten it the required moment
Inhaling moment: 11–14 N · m.

ATTENTION
You do not apply a pneumatic tool.

Check the probe a gap between a nave of the coupling and a surface of a pulley (fig. 8.74).
Adjusting gap of the coupling: 0,05–0,08 mm.
Check a gap in 3 points of a circle of a pulley.
If the adjusting gap of a nave does not keep within the specified limits, adjust it, having put adjusting laying of the corresponding thickness.
