Removal
Remove a forward wheel.
Remove the forelock and turn off a nut of fastening of a shaft of the drive of a wheel to a nave of a forward wheel.
Remove a support of a disk brake assembled from a rotary fist and suspend it by means of a wire on a forward rack of a suspension bracket.
Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation of a wheel from a rotary fist.

By means of the special tool (a stripper 09568-34000) disconnect the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist (fig. 3.137).

NOTE
For prevention of a soskakivaniye of a stripper (09568-34000) previously tie him a rope or a wire.

Disconnect a forward rack of a suspension bracket from a rotary fist (fig. 3.138).
Disconnect a wheel drive shaft from a wheel nave.

By means of the special tool (a stripper 09568-34000) disconnect a rotary fist from a spherical support of the lower lever of a suspension bracket (fig. 3.139).
Remove a nave and a rotary fist assembled.

Installation
Installation is carried out as it should be, the return to removal.

Before installation of a nut of fastening of a shaft of the drive of a wheel establish a washer by the convex party outside, as shown in the figure 3.140.

Dismantling
Unscrew two screws of fastening of a brake disk, then remove a brake disk from a wheel nave.

Remove a lock ring of the hug bearing (fig. 3.141).

Install the special tool on a wheel nave, as shown in the figure 3.142.
Rotating the special tool, remove a nave from a rotary fist.
Remove the special tool and the protection cover.

By means of the special tool take an internal holder of the bearing from a nave of a wheel (fig. 3.143).

By means of the special tool (09495-33100 and 09517-29000) take an external holder of the bearing from a rotary fist (fig. 3.144).

Check
Check a nave for lack of cracks and a vent of a nave – on lack of excessive wear.
Check a brake disk for lack of zadir and damages.
Check a rotary fist for lack of cracks.
Check the bearing for lack of cracks and damages.

Assembly
Apply a thin film of universal jellied lubricant on bearing seats in a nave and a rotary fist.

By means of the special tool (09495-33100 and 09517-29000) press the bearing in a rotary fist (fig. 3.145).

NOTE
For prevention of damage of the bearing assembled the effort of a press fitting has to be put to its external holder.
Always install the new bearing in collecting (do not install the bearing which was in operation).

Install the protection cover.

By means of the special tool (09495-33100) press a nave in a rotary fist (fig. 3.146).

NOTE
For prevention of damage of the bearing assembled the effort of a press fitting has to be put to an internal holder of the bearing.

Establish a brake disk.

Pull together a nave and a rotary fist together with the help of the special tool (09517-21500), having tightened a nut of the special tool the specified moment (fig. 3.147).
Moment of an inhaling of a nut of the special tool: 200–260 N · m.
Several times turn a nave for the correct installation of the bearing.

Measure the moment of the beginning of rotation of the wheel bearing (fig. 3.148).
Maximum permissible value of the moment of the beginning of rotation of the hug bearing: 1.8 The N · or is less than m.

If the moment of the beginning of rotation of the bearing is equal to 0 N · to m, measure an axial gap of the wheel bearing (fig. 3.149).
If the axial gap is more than maximum permissible value when the nut of the special tool is tightened by the moment of 200-260 N · m, means the bearing, a nave and a rotary fist are incorrectly installed. In this case sort knot and repeat the procedure of assembly.
Axial gap of the hug bearing: 0,08 mm or are less.
Remove the special tool (09517-21500).
