3.1.6. Removal, check and installation of a casing of coupling and the conducted disk

Fig. 3.18. A casing and the conducted clutch plate

Removal
Merge liquid from a hydraulic actuator of coupling and oil from a transmission case.
Remove the transmission.

Fig. 3.19. Installation of a mandrel in an opening of a nave of the conducted disk

Insert a mandrel 09411-25000 into an opening of a nave of the conducted disk not to allow its falling (fig. 3.19).
Weaken cross-wise an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling to a flywheel.

Fig. 3.20. Otvorachivaniye of bolts of fastening of a casing of coupling to a flywheel

Bolts turn off serially every time on one-two turns to prevent a buckling of a flange of a casing (fig. 3.20).

ATTENTION
Do not apply solvents to cleaning of the conducted disk and the bearing of switching off of coupling.

Check of a casing of coupling
Check the ends of petals of a diaphragm spring for existence of wear and a difference of heights.
Check a surface of a press disk for existence of wear, cracks and change of color.
Check existence of the weakened rivets and if necessary replace a coupling casing.

Check of the conducted disk

Fig. 3.21. Check of size of a vystupaniye of frictional slips

Check frictional overlays for existence of the weakened rivets, traces of an uneven prileganiye, damages from a holding strap, sticking of oil or lubricant. If necessary replace the damaged conducted disk (fig. 3.21).

Fig. 3.22. Check of thickness of the conducted disk in a free state

Check thickness of the conducted disk in a free state (fig. 3.22).
Check disk springs for existence of a side play and damages and if necessary replace a faulty disk.
Clear vents of a main shaft of the transmission and establish the conducted disk.
At the complicated movement of a disk on vents of a shaft or existence of an excessive gap replace the conducted disk and/or a main shaft of the transmission.

Check of the bearing of inclusion of coupling
Check the bearing of switching off of coupling for existence of jamming, damage or the increased noise. Check also points of contact of a diaphragm spring for wear existence.
Replace the bearing at strong wear of places of contact with a coupling switching off fork.

ATTENTION
As in the bearing of switching off of coupling lubricant is put, do not apply solvents to cleaning of the bearing.

Check of a fork of inclusion of coupling
Replace a fork of switching off of coupling at strong wear in places of contact with the coupling switching off bearing.

Installation

Fig. 3.23. Places of putting universal lubricant

Apply universal lubricant on a fork of switching off of coupling in places of contact with the bearing of switching off of coupling and the working cylinder (fig. 3.23).

ATTENTION
At installation of coupling you do not apply lubricant in the places specified in the figure 3.24 in excessive quantity since it can cause pro-slipping and breakthroughs of coupling.

Fig. 3.24. Places of putting universal lubricant in a bearing flute

Apply universal CASMOLY L9508 lubricant in a flute of the bearing of switching off of coupling (fig. 3.24).
Apply on a coupling switching off fork universal CASMOLY L9508 lubricant in the place of contact with a coupling switching off lever axis.
Carefully clear surfaces of a flywheel and a press disk an emery paper or a thin skin and be convinced of lack of oil traces on them or lubricant.
Apply a small amount of universal CASMOLY L9508 lubricant on vents of a nave of the conducted disk and a main shaft of the transmission.

ATTENTION
You cause only necessary amount of lubricant. Surplus of lubricant can cause pro-slipping and breakthroughs of coupling.

Fig. 3.25. Installation of the conducted disk on a flywheel

By means of a mandrel 09411-25000 establish the conducted disk on a flywheel by the party with factory marking to a press disk (fig. 3.25).
Establish a casing of coupling on a flywheel and wrap six bolts of fastening.
Tighten bolts cross-wise the moment of 15-22 N · m. Bolts tighten serially every time on one-two turns to prevent a coupling casing flange buckling.
Take out a mandrel for centering of the conducted disk.
Install the transmission.
Adjust a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling.
