Removal, check and installation of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case
Disconnect a ventilating hose from the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case. Remove the valve from a cover of a head of cylinders and connect it to a ventilating hose.

Start the engine and let's it work at the idling mode. Close a finger an opening of the valve and be convinced that existence of depression from an inlet collector (fig. 2.219) is felt.

NOTE
At this moment the plunger of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case will move forward and back.

Check
Remove the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case.
Insert a thin core into the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case from a carving part and, moving a core forward and back, check that the plunger moves.

If the plunger does not move, then in the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case there are deposits (fig. 2.220). In this case it is necessary to clean or replace the valve.

Installation
Install the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case into place and tighten it the nominal moment.
Moment of an inhaling of the valve of compulsory ventilation of a case: 8–12 N · m.
