Removal
Fig. 2.24. Fixing of the engine on a traverse
|
Fix the engine on a traverse for arms of fastening and hang up it on the elevator, then raise the engine assembled for unloading of support from the weight of the power unit (fig. 2.24) a little.
Turn off bolts of fastening of a side support of the engine (to the engine and a body).
Fig. 2.25. Side support of the engine
|
Remove a side support (assembled with an arm) from the engine (fig. 2.25).
On models remove the sensor switch of lamps of a backing from the 5-staged manual transmission.
Fig. 2.26. Bolt of fastening of a support of the transmission
|
Turn off a bolt of fastening of a support of the transmission (to a basic arm of the check point) (fig. 2.26).
Take caps from within an antispray guard of the left wing. Turn off bolts of fastening of an arm of a support of the transmission to a stretcher.
Remove a transmission support assembled.

|
Remove a forward support of the engine assembled from a stretcher (fig. 2.27).
Fig. 2.28. Back support of the engine
|
Remove a back support of the engine assembled from a stretcher (fig. 2.28).
Installation
In order that the limiter of a support did not move, be convinced that it is correctly inserted into an internal tube of a support.
Fig. 2.29. Scheme of installation of the limiter of a support
|
Install the support limiter into place, having convinced of correctness of its arrangement (fig. 2.29).
Fig. 2.30. Installation of a forward support of the engine
|
Establish an engine support so that it settled down under the correct corner (A) to an arm (fig. 2.30).
Models with the automatic transmission: 27–33 °.
Models with MKPP: 11–17 °.
Fig. 2.31. Installation of a back support of the engine
|
Establish an engine support so that it settled down under the correct corner (V) to an arm (fig. 2.31).
Models with the automatic transmission: 30–36 °.
Models with MKPP: 17–23 °.
Installation of the basic plug of a stretcher
NOTE
Basic plugs of forward and back cross beams of a stretcher are guides.
Make sure that basic plugs are correctly focused at installation.
In two places on the top surface of cross beams of a stretcher and the corresponding basic plugs there are tags (in the form of arrows) the directions of installation.
|
Fig. 2.32. Installation of basic plugs in internal tubes of cross beams of a stretcher
|
At installation of basic plugs in internal tubes of cross beams of a stretcher combine the direction of an arrow on the plug with the direction of an arrow on a cross beam of a stretcher (fig. 2.32).
NOTE
Check that before installation of the shooter on the basic plug it is located parallel to an arrow on a cross beam of a stretcher. Make sure that the direction of an arrow on the installed basic plug deviates no more than on ±3 ° the direction of an arrow on a cross beam of a stretcher.
